Soiree Fleur

The ladies of Fleur hosted an amazing five-course, wine-paired dinner created and prepared by gastro-gangsters Inez and Stephen Ribustello of On The Square in Tarboro. I was pretty euphoric after the first course of lobster and avocado salad. (As in, eating off of other people's plates.) The meal finished with a carrot cake tower (see below), all paired with the most amazing wines, including some rosè bubbles. Gold pear placecard holders sat  on Herend chargers, with tables full of votives. The highlight was designer Lindsey Carter of Troubadour presenting a sneak peek of her Spring '13 line. Also visiting was Raegan Morgan of Crescala Showroom, who brought with her looks from Nha Khanh, Beckley By Melissa, Troubadour (of course), and others. Post-dinner was chaos. Shopping pandemonium.
