Even if you're not obsessed with all things royal, you probably took note of the stunning blue dress Kate Middleton wore when she and Prince William did their engagement media stroll (which I'm sure we can all identify with). Her dress is by Issa London, who I've long been obsessed with (but unfortunately I don't typically have the proper buying power to prove my love) for their plunging necklines and flattering wrap styles. To me, they have an almost '70s/disco feel to them. Yet, on a princess the style is completely appropriate to announce your addition to one of the most staid and traditionally monarchies left on the planet.
