Chanel Couture | Fall '14

Chanel. Couture. You know to expect greatness. Sublime beading and detail work, other-worldly shapes, transformative hair and makeup. I'm a sucker for beadwork, as well as white dresses, and this collection has both in spades. The top look is my favorite, so perfect for a bride. I love her punky platinum hair with this sweet shape and the PINK bows on the shoes! That's the other thing: THE SHOES. A little nod to ballet, but don't you want every pair? I usually get to distracted to notice the footwear, but I'm in love with these. And the finale...a pregnant (virginal looking) bride looking utterly regal. Subversive.

Valentino Resort '15

This insane Valentino Resort '15 collection draws inspiration from Frida Kahlo and the psychedelic '70s. It runs from beautifully and intricately detailed gowns to mod-ish mini-dresses. And I love it all. The collection is a massive 83 looks, and all amazing, so this is about as edited as I could make my favorites! Enjoy. Check out the full collection here.
